Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Prepare the Item
Carefully disassemble the furniture if necessary and place all components, hardware, and original packaging into the shipping box to ensure a safe transit.
Schedule a Pickup
For large furniture items, our logistics team will contact you to arrange a convenient home collection, while smaller decor items can be dropped off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
